The variety and quality of Blake's food could not have been better. His dedication to creativity was evidenced by his long hours in our kitchen and the constant rotation of his dishes - it seemed like something new every night. And he took requests!

Blake was also easy to have around, a relaxed presence who made friends and conversation with everyone in the household. I heartily recommend Blake, and only wish we could have him back!
